Welcome to BarXact, a scheduling platform powered by DBM Group (“we”, “our”, “us”).
By accessing or using our website, portal, or any related services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using BarXact.

1. Overview

BarXact provides online tools and professional services for scheduling building materials and systems.
Users can either:

Create their own schedules through our self-serve portal (free), or

Request professional scheduling services (paid).

By using BarXact, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in accordance with these terms.

2. Definitions

“Platform” refers to the BarXact website, portal, and any related tools.

“User” or “You” refers to any person or company accessing or using BarXact.

“Reseller” means a business using BarXact under its own brand (white-label version).

“Scheduler” refers to a professional providing scheduling services through BarXact.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use BarXact only for lawful business purposes related to construction scheduling.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Unauthorized access, misuse, or reverse engineering of the platform is strictly prohibited.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse or data manipulation is detected.

4. Services

BarXact provides two types of services:

Self-Serve Scheduling (Free):
Users can create, edit, and download their own schedules.

Professional Scheduling (Paid):
Users may upload plans for our team to prepare schedules. Fees apply per project or per tonne as communicated in advance.

All schedules are prepared based on the drawings and details you provide.
BarXact and DBM Group are not liable for errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by users.

5. White-Label Use (Resellers)

Resellers can present BarXact under their own branding (logo, company name, etc.).
However:

BarXact and DBM Group remain the system’s legal owners.

Resellers are responsible for ensuring all end-user data and customer communications comply with relevant laws.

Resellers may not resell access to BarXact without written authorization.

6. Payments and Billing

Paid scheduling services are billed as per agreed rates or per tonne pricing.

All payments must be completed before release of final schedules or deliverables.

Invoices are issued by DBM Group or the authorized BarXact entity.

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, and materials within BarXact are the property of DBM Group and protected by copyright laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the platform for its intended business purpose.
No part of BarXact may be copied, modified, or distributed without written permission.

8. Data and Privacy

We collect and store data in accordance with our [Privacy Policy].
By using BarXact, you consent to the collection and processing of your business and project data for the purpose of scheduling, quoting, and improving our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

BarXact and DBM Group will not be liable for:

Any loss, delay, or damage caused by technical issues, user error, or inaccurate data input.

Any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform.
Use of BarXact is at your own risk.

10. Third-Party Links

The BarXact website may include links to other platforms, portals, or partner systems.
We are not responsible for the content or security of third-party websites.

11. Updates and Changes

Continued use of the BarXact website or portal after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
